For selected formulations and standard packaging, Rainer Lab can begin production from 500 units per product. This makes it possible to test a concept or launch a focused range without committing immediately to very large stock.
Our more efficient production level is generally around 2,500 units. Unit pricing may improve with quantity, but it does not decrease dramatically because formulation ingredients, quality procedures, filling, documentation and production control remain essential at every volume.
We do not publish fixed unit prices. Every quotation depends on the formulation, fill weight or volume, raw materials, packaging, decoration, testing, documentation and order quantity. Product development is calculated separately from serial production.
